When the print dialog prompted, there is no "courier new"or some font to
choose from. If goes to MS Word/Excel, user is able to find it.
Also,
relevant font type can be found under Control Panel>Fonts.
Resolution:
Courier New is set as "Hide" option in Control Panel>Fonts (Windows 7).
For resolving it, go to Control Panel>Fonts>select relevant font type
